Writing a strategy when there isn’t one in place

• Started with something for just me and my partners

• What to do when there’s no Strategy in place talk (by Randy)

• Tough as the money will run out (eventually) in this model, and we need to create a model where we can self-finance the team. But don’t have allies in Finance at a senior-enough level.

• Ringfencing the finance model for Ongoing Product Ownership vs new product development - making sure that things are self-funding

• Transform the promising services/agencies (1 client) to a product - try and find more customers, or experiments to get to that point
